Returns and Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is of highest importance to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the unused portion for a replacement or refund within 30 days. All equipment must be in its original packaging and be in new condition. For supplies, the amount refunded will be a percentage of the sales price equal to the percentage of product remaining. Freight charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us for refund or replacement. Items which are found to be defective (which must be confirmed by EZ-ier Products) will be replaced or refunded in full regardless of quantity remaining. We reserve the right to refuse returns as a result of their packaging or condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns on D-Lead Paint Test Kits. If you would like to return a product, please contact us at info@ez-ier.com for authorization and instructions.
Items Damaged in Transit: If an item in damaged in transit, please contact the freight carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to submit a claim. Be sure to keep the original packaging and damaged materials as they are usually required for the claim.
Wrong Items and Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us at info@ez-ier.com. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, they may be arriving in separate shipments usually within one day of each other.
